Ian Personal Drive Backup is a private, single-user backup application operated by Ian Gregorini.

Google user data

The application accesses Google Drive only to create, list, read, update, retrieve, and delete the encrypted backup repository files authorized by the owner.

Use and storage

Restic encrypts backup data locally before rclone transfers it to Google Drive. The encrypted repository remains in the owner's Google Drive until the owner deletes it. OAuth credentials and configuration are stored locally on the owner's computer; this website does not receive them.

Sharing

The operator does not sell Google user data or share it with additional third parties. Google processes data stored in Google Drive according to the owner's agreement with Google. Restic and rclone run locally on the owner's computer.

Control and deletion

The owner can delete repository files from Google Drive and revoke the application's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
